1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 and above
Employees of Magna TMT, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
- The contest starts on 8th Oct 2024 and ends on 15th Oct 2024 at 11:59 PM IST.
3. How to Enter
- Follow Magna TMT’s official Instagram handle: @magnatmt550
- Share your unique creation using recycled materials on Instagram.
- Tag @magnatmt550 in your post and use the hashtag #RecycleWithMaga
Ensure your account is set to public so that your entry can be viewed.
4. Submission Guidelines
- The entry must be original and created by the participant.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but only one entry per participant will be considered for the prize.
- Any entry deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified at the discretion of Magna TMT.
5. Selection of Winner
- One lucky winner will be chosen based on creativity and uniqueness by an independent panel of judges.
- The winner will be announced via Magna TMT’s Instagram handle.
- The decision of Magna TMT and the panel of judges will be final and binding.
6. Prize
- The winner will receive a vacation package for two to Goa, including airfare and accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- The vacation must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement.
7. Claiming the Prize
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
8. Use of Entries
By entering the contest, participants grant Magna TMT the right to use, publish, and promote their entry (including the participant’s name and image) for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
9. Liability
Magna TMT will not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
10. Modification of Terms
- Magna TMT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary, at any time, without prior notice.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
